Great Product, Wish the Strap Was Longer

Mixed Results Depending on the Gym
At my gym about 70% of the machines have a good steel surface for this to grip. The rest have painted or coated frames where it doesn't hold as well. If your gym has standard steel equipment, you'll love it. Just know it depends on the gym.
Didn't Hold on My Gym's Equipment
My Planet Fitness has those newer machines with thick powder-coated frames. The magnet sort of grips but not securely enough for me to trust my phone in there. Worked fine on the free weight racks though. If your gym has older steel equipment this is probably great. Mine just isn't the right fit.

Returned this after one session. I thought it would stick to the aluminum frame on the cable machine at my apartment gym but it only works on steel. Should have read the description more carefully. If your gym has steel equipment it probably works fine.
